15401 County Road 450 is a slice of natural paradise with nearly infinite future possibilities. Perfect parcel for a custom home, an agricultural business, or both!  Of the 9.46 total acres, 5.86 acres are mostly cleared 'Zone X' dry land. The remaining 3.60 acres are part of a larger wooded wetlands shared with adjoining parcels. The plan was to build a home on the Eastern side of the parcel, visually separating the home from the shop. No active/open permits exist, future home & homesite specifics are fully up to the buyer. This land is set up perfectly to build your dream home with plenty of room for dry materials storage during construction in the 2400sf building.  In addition to water and power already being in place, Lake county allows property owners to live in an RV on-site, as long as they have active permits to construct a home on-site.  Once the home is completed, long-term living in the RV is no longer allowed, though short term guests are generally OK.  Park your RV for an immediate home-base while building your dream home!
